As a Refer & Receive member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to 745 Cash’s Terms of Use and 745 Cash’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for 745 Cash's Refer & Receive Program:

• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a customer without any previous loan with 745 Cash who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link. There's no minimum loan amount required for Qualified Referral.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer has to be a new customer who has never received any type of loan from 745 Cash before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred received their first loan using your 745 Cash referral link and you didn’t receive a referral, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just shoot us an email at customerservice@745Cash.com, and we'll sort it out for you.
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an application including your referral code and receive a loan approval.
• Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $25.00 via check disbursement. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may not be more than $500.00. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from 745 Cash's Refer & Receive Program.
• Right to Close Accounts. 745 CAsh reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the 745 Cash Refer & Receive Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. 745 Cash reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referrer that violates the 745 Cash Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Referral through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. 745 Cash reserves the right to cancel our Refer & Receive Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
• Ineligible. 745 Cash employees or family members of employees are not eligible for this program.
